The fourth round of the Motocross World Championship was back to Europe at the spectacular venue of Arco di Trento in Italy.

The young slovenian talent TIM GAJSER repeated the fantastic performance of his last GP and, in moto#1 after a very good start in fifth position, he started pushing hard to pass the riders in front of him and settled in second place behind the leader, the twice World Champion Jeffrey Herlings, and following his pace for most of the race and showing that he had the speed to try even an attack but the young kid was clever enough to leave Herlings and the swiss Tonus battle between themselves and crossed the finish line once more in third place on his CRF250R ! The second moto was just ruined by a fall at the start of other riders in front of Gajser who crashed and had to restart around the 26th position, but the slovenian did not give up and started to move up quickly through the pack and finished a very good eleventh and 7th overall of the GP with the same points of the 5th. Gajser is now very close in the points with the top five riders of the championship and with 14 GPs to be raced all is open for the youngest talent of the MX2 World Championship.

The Japanese KEI YAMAMOTO was racing for the first time in Italy and second time in Europe after the english GP of 2013 and had to find the right feeling with the very difficult track of Arco. Kei struggled all weekend but did not give up and finished both races in 22nd and 24th position improving a lot his laptimes from the saturday sessions. More GPs on the european tracks will help Kei to raise his riding skill !

For the fifth round of the Motocross World Championship we will go back to the most beautiful european track, Sevlievo in Bulgaria, stay tuned and follow us on our website and Facebook pages !

Giacomo Gariboldi, Team Manager: “Another great perfomance by Tim, all the team is so excited to work with such a talented rider! We are improving every GP and working a lot on the CRF250R and in Italy again we showed that this is one of the best bikes out there. We are very confident for the rest of the season and looking forward to the next GP in Bulgaria.”
